IGNOU's 37^th Foundation day will be held at IGNOU Headquarters tomorrow (19^th November, 2022). PROF. RAKESH SINHA Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) will be Guest of Honor and Honorable ARJUN RAM MEGHWAL, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs & Culture, GOI will be the Chief Guest.
