Dear Madam/Sir,
As you are aware IGNOU and Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) have signed MoU on 18/01/2022 in the presence of Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, IGNOU and Sh. Rajesh Aggarwal, Secretary (MSDE) and their Officials. This MoU is for integrating vocational education and training to higher education for the trainees attached to National Skill Training Institutes (NSTIs), ITIs, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendras (PMKK) and Jan Shikshan Sansthan.
